Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Dunzio Inc ("Dunzio", "we", "us") collects when you use the Dunzio studio and the websites at dunzio.net and dunzio.com, and what we do with it. Questions go to james@dunzio.com.

1. What we collect

  • Account data. Your name, email address, country, language, time zone and sign-in method. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
  • Your projects. The prompts and tasks you write, the files you upload, and the code, images, video and speech generated for you.
  • App data. The records that the users of your apps create. We store these on your behalf, as the Data Processing Agreement describes.
  • Payment records. What you bought, when, and your wallet's history. Card details go directly to Stripe; Dunzio never receives or stores card numbers.
  • Usage and technical data. Logs of the requests made to the Service, including IP address and browser type, and the AI usage of each request, such as its tokens, cost and duration.
  • Messages you send us, such as bug reports and feedback.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run your account and your apps, to carry out the requests you make, to bill you, to send you transactional email such as sign-in, receipt and delivery messages, to keep the Service secure, and to fix and improve it.

3. What we do not do

Dunzio does not sell your personal information. Dunzio does not mine your information or your content for advertising or profiling, and does not share it with advertisers. Dunzio does not use your content to train AI models of its own.

4. How AI is used

Dunzio uses AI to fulfil your requests. When you ask for code, an image, a video or speech, your prompt and the project content that the request needs are sent to the AI provider that carries it out. Those providers are named in section 5. They process what we send under their own terms.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Dunzio and its users.

6. Cookies and storage on your device

The public website stores nothing on your device until you pick a language; that choice is then remembered in your browser. The studio uses your browser's storage, and cookies where a sign-in method needs them, only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme.

Dunzio uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe may set its own cookies when you pay.

7. Where data is stored

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States (the us-east-1 region). If you use the Service from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is open.

When you delete a project, it is removed from the Service together with its hosted app. Records that have been deleted may remain in our systems, marked as deleted and no longer used, until they are erased.

To close your account and have its personal information erased, write to james@dunzio.com. We will erase or anonymize it, except for what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy of it, to have it deleted, and to object to how it is used. To use any of these rights, write to james@dunzio.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The updated policy is posted on this page with a new date, and we will tell you about important changes by email or in the studio.
